Preston North End Soccer School in conjunction with St.Mirren Youth FC
The soccer camp will run over three days:
Mon 28th Dec for under 8’s 9’s 10’s & 11’s age groups
Tues 29th Dec for under 12’s & 13’s age groups
Wed 30th Dec for under 15’s 16’s & 19’s age groups.
Daily Itinerary
0930 hrs Pre course admin
10 - 12pm Preston NE coaching session
12 - 1pm Lunch break
1pm - 3 pm Preston NE coaching session
3pm – Presentation of certificate – Finish.
Dress
Each student should come dressed with club strip and over garments to keep warm during down time. They should also bring playing boots as well as trainers and shin guards. A hat and gloves may also be a good idea, considering the current weather we are having. !!! Even though it’s indoors!!!
Food & refreshments
The centre manager can provide filled rolls etc, however, it is preferred that you supply your child with a packed lunch with plenty of fluids to last throughout the day. There is a juice and sweets vending machine on the premises.
Supervision
As well as the Preston NE coaches, there will be several ST.Mirren YFC coaches present throughout the duration of the event to ensure the safety & well being of our students. Other than drop off and pick up times, parental presence is discouraged as this will only add to confusion when providing a secure environment for your children. Please do not take offence if asked to vacate the venue. Only affiliated coaches involved with the soccer school program will be allowed unrestricted access to the premises.
Equipment
Preston NE has asked that we provide the training balls used for our relevant age groups. They will provide all other equipment.
Medical
Each team is responsible for providing its own unique medical supplies and needs of its players. ST.mirren YFC will also have a medical pack & qualified First aiders on hand if required.
